Schedule of Events
Here's the tentative schedule for this year's cook-off. Please note we are starting an hour earlier this year to fit in all the fun.
- 10:00 am—Cookers arrive and begin cooking,
- 11:00 am—Tap the kegs, party starts (it's ok to drink before noon, just this once)
- 11:30 am to noon—Rob Adkins entertains you with som fun and funny songs
- 12:45 to 2:00 pm—The Smoking J's
- 2:00 pm—BBQ opens.
- 2:00 to 3:30 pm—Earl Thomas
- 3:30 pm—Blind judging begins
- 3:30 pm—Everyone eats Chili and votes for their favorite
- 3:45 to 5:00 pm—Shotgun Wedding Quintet
- 5:00 pm—Chili Winners announced/Raffle winners announced
- 5:30 pm—Silent Auction closes.
- 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm—Band TBD
- 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm—Joey Fender and the 55's take the party into the night.
